Can I choose which shots I get?

Yes, you can. We offer a custom pack option where you can choose different shots based on your personal needs and preferences.

Is this a detox or cleanse?

No. S O L is a daily habit system, not a short-term detox. Each shot supports a specific aspect of wellness as part of your everyday routine.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across Delhi and Gurgaon. We're working on expanding to more cities — stay tuned.

When will I receive my pack?

Every Sunday morning. We cold-press on Saturday and deliver on Sunday so your shots are as fresh as possible when they reach you.

When should I place my order?

Any time from Monday to Friday for that week's Sunday delivery. Orders placed after Friday will be delivered the following Sunday.

Are there any delivery charges?

Yes, a fixed delivery fee of ₹19 applies across all areas we currently serve in Delhi and Gurgaon. We use our own cold-chain delivery system to ensure your shots arrive fresh, safe, and in perfect condition.

How long do the shots stay fresh?

Each pack is designed to be consumed within the week (Monday to Sunday). Keep them refrigerated — no preservatives means maximum freshness, consumed at the right time.

Are there preservatives?

Never. Just fresh, real ingredients — sourced directly from farmers across the best growing regions of India, cold-pressed in our Gurgaon facility.

Can I try just one week?

Absolutely. You can order a one-time weekly pack for ₹549 + ₹19 delivery, with no commitment required.

How does the weekly subscription work?

Subscribe for ₹499/week + ₹19 per delivery and receive your pack automatically every Sunday. The best way to build a consistent daily habit.

What is the 4-week plan?

Our 4-week plan is ₹1,699 total, delivered weekly + ₹19 per delivery. It's the most committed option — ideal if you're serious about building a lasting routine.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and wallet payments through our secure payment partners.

How do I track my order?

You can view your active subscriptions and order history by signing in to your account under "My Subscriptions".

What if my order is late or incorrect?

Please reach out to us via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible. We'll resolve it quickly — your satisfaction is non-negotiable.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes. Contact us before Friday of the current week and we'll update your delivery address for that Sunday.

Do you offer refunds?

If there's ever a quality issue or a missed delivery on our end, we'll replace or refund your order, no questions asked.
